Rodeway Inn Stephenville

Room was little over $70 . Door in hallway worked fine but one that went outside our room the key wouldn't work & had a small gap at bottom with light coming through . We had a handicapped room that had a king bed ( maybe queen ) and sofa sleeper . Plenty of room for a wheelchair and shower had a fold down bench . Coffee pot , microwave & mini frig . Worth the price ! Will stay again

It doesnt look like much from the outside so i Wasn't sure how the stay was going to be. In the past the rooms were horrible and bug infested. Now I'm very happy to say that the rooms are super clean, no bugs anywhere, and most of them are very recently redone. This hotel has come a long way from what it was. I've been here almost a month and not a single time have I heard fighting, yelling or seen any suspicious activity. It's been quiet peaceful. The owners and staff are always super polite. They have some pretty decent rates for nightly, weekly and monthly stays, it won't break the bank. There are some restaurants, stores, and a movie theater super close, within walking distance. I've really enjoyed my stay here.

Stopped in for a overnight stay as i was going to visit family. The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean. It surprised me the level of attention to detail the staff take. I wish i could give more stars but sadly the limit is five.

The entire staff is so friendly and helpful! Clean rooms, no excessive noise, very reasonable prices, and very conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, gas stations, and shopping center.

We were passing through Stephenville recently and needed a last minute place to stay and rest from a long day of driving. We just wanted a basic hotel for a few hours and then back on the road the next morning. We weren’t expecting much but WOW we were surprised with our stay. The staff was super friendly and for the price the room was super comfortable. It looks like the owners are putting some money into improving the property. Overall it was a great sleep and definitely we will stay again anytime we pass through the area.

Roadway Inn gets a bad wrap on a lot of reviews, but I’ll tell you what the owner has put a lot of effort into renovating the property. Our room was very clean. The bathroom was newly renovated perfect and the TV was brand new streaming TV so we were able to watch all the things that we watch at home at the motel

A little old, a little beat down. The pool has been filled in with dirt, so don't expect a pool (this was not a big deal for me, personally). It smelled of smoke and/or pot in some areas (again, this wasn't unexpected at all). I'm not a smoker but, all due respect to this establishment, I know the location and quality of the hotel and I was certain I would encounter those things. But, my room didn't smell bad and the service was friendly (I didn't need them to bend over backwards for me or anything). Overall, as expected, no problems, and would stay here again.
